These Terms of Service govern your use of Torek. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, including the Terms of Sale for Pro subscriptions.
Torek provides account and connected-service foundations for interview-assistance features. It does not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or the accuracy of generated material.
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and session, and not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or qualifications or for unlawful purposes.
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe and managed from the Stripe customer portal, linked from your settings. Your billing period begins on the day you subscribe and the price is the one shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes charged by Stripe. You are responsible for valid payment details and for any card-verification or payment-decline outcome on your payment method.
Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because the Service is digital, we do not offer refunds for billing periods you have already used. EU and UK consumers who subscribe for the first time may cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period after purchase and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current period. We also offer a 30-day money-back review window for any period that was mis-billed or unusable due to a fault on our side. Refund requests may be made through our Contact page.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim implied warranties, limit liability to the extent permitted by law, and may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
